Positive: The villa is delightful - spacious inside, clean and nicely decorated. The gardens are well kept, and the space by the pool is very pleasant. Lela (who will check you in) is very helpful, and kindly brought round some fresh vegetables for us while we were there, booked rafting and a taxi for us, and helped us store luggage on the last day until we were ready to leave. The kitchen is well equipped in general (though a few more dishwasher tablets would have been appreciated / expected) and the outside BBQ space is wonderful for big group dinners.
Negative: It would have been helpful to have a microwave in the kitchen, and the pool cover was old and needs replacing (every time we rolled it up, it left plastic pieces in the pool which had to be fished out). The location is very rural, with only a small supermarket nearby (though there is a lovely restaurant - Konoba Tadici - only 15 minutes drive away) - but it is relatively central for Split, the Makarska Riviera etc. The pool is really too small for swimming - but still enough to cool off in and for kids to play in.

Positive: Large and modern "villa" in a tranquil mountain setting. This place is large - we were a family of only 5 but it could easily sleep 10. Needless to say, we had plenty of space. The rooms were large, lots of bathrooms. Beautiful outdoor decks and patios with views of the mountains and river valley below. Very quiet location despite being on the main road of this village. Private pool and large deck/lounge space provided a beautiful place to relax at the end of a long day of sightseeing and activities. The drive took about 30 minutes to Brela/Baska Voda/Makarska, or about 40 minutes to Omis. Lots of amazing beaches and water activites in the various towns along the coast. We also did a white water rafting adventure on the Cetina river. Since we had a car, it was easy to travel to different towns and beaches each day, despite not staying at a beachfront hotel. Lela (our property manager/host) was gracious and easy to contact for advice or help. She surprised us with a gift of wine upon check-in and brought over a bunch of ripe figs and tomatoes one day!
Negative: The location is a bit remote - only a couple of small grocery stores and diners nearby. So if you're staying for an extended period, then you must stock up before you arrive. The roads in and out of the town are very winding and difficult to drive unless you're experienced with mountain roads. I would caution against driving them in the dark.

Positive: Amazing villa with spectacular views of the mountains from the pool. It has a lovely clear deep river in nearby that you can swim in. We had a lovely time.
